Mobile Welfare Units
Our welfare units are available in either 12ft or 16ft lengths and provide an excellent solution for companies requiring instant, clean, and organised welfare space, such as infrastructure projects. They are incredibly easy to set up and use, ensuring your site is fully HSE-compliant within minutes.
These units are fully mobile and can be towed to offer:- Instant welfare – easily located, easy to tow and a highly cost-effective solution
- HSE compliant
- Self-contained – no mains connection
- Anti-vandal – safe and secure with either ‘kneel down’ axle system and fully retractable drawbar or lockable shroud
- Fully equipped canteen area with cooking facilities
- Toilet compartment with freshwater flush
- Drying room – a separate facility for drying and changing clothing
- PIR activated 12v LED lighting
- Hot and cold running water Low fuel consumption
- In-house servicing is included in the price, allowing us to be as flexible as you require for your water replenishment and waste removal

Static Welfare Units
Addplant has 20ft and 24ft static welfare hire options ideal for larger teams and extended stays. These single units are great for sites without a power or water supply and provide everything your site needs to get up and running.
These static welfare units include:- 20 foot static welfare units have a canteen and drying area with a 50 gallon water supply, onboard generator and recirculating toilet.
- Our in-house fleet efficiently services your needs any time you need a top-up. All you need to do is give us a call, and we will be there the same day or the next day to refill.
- Our 24-foot units have a canteen, separate drying room, and freshwater toilet, all of which run from the onboard generator. These cabins come with a large water supply and 250-gallon waste holding tank, perfect if you have high water usage.
- For long-term hire, units can be painted/branded to suit
No services on site, not a problem!
We can provide pumped water to run toilets and canteens, and with our in-house fleet of tankers on call, we can replenish to suit you. Also, with our generators for hire, electrical power can be provided while your site accommodation lands on site, so you’re up and running immediately.
No sewage removal? Again we can solve this for you. With our tankers, from 500 gallons up to 2000 gallons, we have the machinery to deal with it in a time frame that suits you.
